What can/can't I return?
Shoes and Insoles must be in their original unused condition. No exceptions.
Soiled, worn, ridden in, etc. shoe returns will not be accepted.
All shoes and insoles must be unworn, with tags or related packaging.
What about shipping costs?
We will refund your purchase price paid for your products.
We will not refund the shipping costs paid, or pay the shipping costs for the return.
I ordered the wrong size/color, how do I exchange?

You'll pay to ship them back to us. As long as they are in the original condition, we'll ship you your exchange at no additional charge.
